Mike and I had the opportunity to visit our old stomping ground in March. We took a quick trip to California to visit the Central Coast - Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo. It was wonderful to get some great weather and be near the beach again. We were able to visit our Patterson friends in Santa Barbara and meet their kiddos. We went whale watching while we were there and saw several but the best part of the whale trip was all the amazing dolphins that swam under the boat and alongside it with us. We journeyed up to San Luis and visiting our favorite restaurants, stopped by to the see the Elephant Seals, spent time on the beach and at the pool, drove around and had a great time reminiscing where our lives together began!
PS....One of the funniest parts of the trip was when Mike managed to completely fall in the ocean. It was all fun and games until we had to buy a new cell phone for him!
