Mike and I were very disappointed when Memorial Weekend finally arrived! We had great plans to go to the beach, waterpark and whale watching. Much to our dismay it was bad weather, too cold, and rainy. Hence, we were stuck indoors almost the entire weekend. We did go to the Italian Street Painting Festival at the Mission on Monday. Every year artisans from the local area and all over come together to draw elaborate paintings in chalk surrounding the Santa Barbara Mission. Here are a few pics from that day!
